The children of the sea

Who are we ?
Children of the sea is a non-profit and non-governmental association that appeal to the young people.
Under the name of " the children of the sea", an environmental circle had functioned in school No, 12 B.P. Hasdeu" since 1992 and in 1994, after the diversification of it's activity, it changed in the "children of the 
sea" club. The existing N.G.O., is the result of the qualitative accumulation and the experience gathered for years.

What do we want to do ?
Inducing an responsible attitude against environmental problems in young people and teaching them preserve the wildlife, the historical and cultural values, the natural resources along the romanian coast of the black sea. 
Financial and material support for young people with special performances in national and international scholar contests, sport contests.

Financial and material support for homeless children, big families with low financial resources.

How ?
Organizing contests on cultural and sports subjects and the protection of the environment.
Organizing exhibitions, shows and event programs for the young people.

Making sensible the economical agents, civil society and local officials for the protection of the wildlife along the black sea coast area.

Organizing thematic camps and expeditions for direct perception and observation of nature in the country and abroad.
Co-operation with similar organizations from our country and other countries in order to fulfill out targets
