Hello, we are writing from the Colegio Argantonio in Cadiz, Spain. We are located in the south of Spain (latitude N 36° 00°, longitude 5° 06), about 1.935 km from Parish, we are surrounded by about 7,3 Km of beach, which have won numerous awards for the cleanest beaches and the less water polluted areas.
The climate is quite pleasant, the temperatures high/low averages between 16° to 20° all year round. We are the only European city with more light hours in the continent with 3119 hours. The city itself has about 543.500 habitants and our official language is the Spanish, obviously our currency is the Spanish peseta.
The project it self has been divided in two areas:

AREA I

1- We explained the project to our student body
2- We linked it to the students experience in nature and environment
3- We looked for a logo or a symbol pupils can relate to (in our case a smiling tree)

AREA II

1. The student body is quite motivated, so know is the job of the instructors to give them some type of training.
2. In the next weeks we will visit the botanic gardens in San Fernando and two professors will explain to the pupils all the topics regarding the gardens, plant species etc..
3. The 19th of December, we will go to the Parque Genoves, where the Director of the park will give us a private tour.
4. A couple of days after that we will visit a beach (an itinerary provided to us by the city council) where we will be taught about the different plant species which we have in our beaches.
