Hello,
We live in La Cavale Blanche, a district in Brest. There are two other schools : Louise Michel, and Le Questel. That's where our school is, near Jack London Square. 
There's much greenery around it. 
We like football very much and when the U23 French team, "L'équipe de France Espoirs", comes to play in Brest, there are at least 10 of us to go and see them… quite an atmosphere at Francis Le Blé stadium ! 
There are 30 children composing our class of final year at primary school : 12 girls and 18 boys. 
We have a schoolmaster.
There is also a small museum in the classroom.

My name is Ilona Bischof and I am 45. I teach at "Grundschule Wellsee" in Kiel. My class is 4C, which is composed of 12 girls and 15 boys, all aged between 9 and 10. In summer 2001 the children will change for another school. Our school counts 320 children from 6 to 10. My class and I will start our projects in January. We are delighted to take part in the scheme.

Presentation of the class :
Actually we are two classes of primary schoolchildren in our last but one year. Here in Italy, the classes at primary school "work" by pairs 
(2 classes = 3 teachers), and our headmistress couldn't choose between the two classes. Good for us !!! There are 42 of us altogether, and we are lucky enough to have 3 teachers who split between the two classes and deal with one specific subject each. We have been learning French since our 2nd year at primary. We like animals and nature, we would like to modify our school garden to embellish it, but especially to make it more pleasant to play in.
